Every face and every skin concern is different. A consultation allows us to properly assess your skin, understand your goals, and recommend the most suitable treatments for you. It ensures your plan is safe, effective, and tailored, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
The £50 booking fee secures your appointment time with one of our practitioners and allows us to dedicate that time fully to you.
This fee is fully redeemable against any treatment you go on to have with us.
Yes, the £50 is fully redeemable against your treatment or course of treatments.
It is valid for 12 months from the date of payment, giving you flexibility to begin your treatment journey when you’re ready.
Booking/consultation fees are non-refundable, as they secure dedicated clinic time.
However, they remain on your account as credit for 12 months and can be used towards future treatments.
During your consultation, we will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, and create a personalised treatment plan. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions and fully understand your options before going ahead with anything.
In some cases, yes. If it’s appropriate and safe to do so, we may be able to carry out treatment on the same day.
However, for certain treatments, especially those involving prescription products or advanced planning, a separate appointment will be required.
That’s exactly what we’re here for. You don’t need to know what to book, just your concerns. We’ll guide you and recommend the most suitable options for your skin.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice (excluding weekends) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your booking fee.
